    NORESTER 6280 is an ortho DCPD laminating resin specially designed for fire resistance. It is recommended to produce
    laminates by hand layup or in compaction. It is thixotropic, pre-accelerated, charged, and white. This resin does not contain
    halogen and antimony. It has very good fibre wetting and impregnation properties. It reduces styrene emissions during

    Application & Specifics

  • Recommendations before use Application temperature between 18-25°C.
    Homogenize the product.
    Recommendations during use
    1 – 2% Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide (MEKP).
    Mix the catalyst well.
    Never mix accelerator and catalyst together.
    Post Curing 24h at room temperature (16-20°C) then 16h at 40°C
    for optimal properties.
    Certificate
    The resin is classified according to the certificate
    named here above and according to the application in
    our laboratory. It is the responsibility of the customer
    to assure that the mould realised by himself is well
    classified.Storage
    The product must be stored in its original closed packaging at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C, away from direct
    sunlight.
    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is used in good conditions before the use-by date
    mentioned on the keg.
    This product is subject to the Highly Flammable Liquids Regulations.
    Please follow the MSDS of this product in order to make sure the operators wear the appropriate personal protective
    equipment during usage of the product.
