Lloyds Approved Gelcoats

Lloyd’s approved gelcoats are specified where the finished craft or component has to be built to a certified standard. The approval covers the gelcoat itself, so the paperwork holds up when the build is inspected.

Where they are used

Boat and yacht building, commercial marine craft, and any GRP structure built under survey. Used with Lloyd’s approved laminating resins so the whole laminate stays within the certification.

Colours and pack sizes

Supplied in any RAL or British Standard colour, or matched to a sample. Held in a clear and a white base and pigmented to order. Available in 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 225kg and 1100kg.
